Elyssa paired her Colby John gown with a Toni Federici Veil, Countryside. Countryside is a cascading garden-inspired florals sweep through this timeless cathedral design.

What did you love most about your gown?

“I loved the simplicity and elegance my gown offered. The detachable sleeves and double bra support came in handy with all the dancing we did! The detachable sleeves were so nice because I was able to have 2 looks from one dress. The dress itself made me feel regal and was super comfortable to move around in.”

What was the most memorable moment of your wedding?

“For me, the most memorable moment was seeing my husband's face as I walked down the aisle and reciting our vows in church in front of all of our family and friends.”

Bridal Advice from Elyssa

“My best tip is to take a deep breath during the planning process and not lose sight of the reason for the wedding--the marriage. On your actual wedding day, make sure you assign someone you trust to feed you! I didn't go hungry on my day as I always had someone bringing me something. Before you say your thank you speech take a moment to really look at all of your guests and take that moment in, it's totally worth it!”

“Our day was picture-perfect! Getting married in Toronto, Canada where Anthony is from was so special and the weather was absolutely perfect. Bringing two countries and cultures together to celebrate our union was so beautiful and we would totally do it all over again!”
